You've been stretching it for months. It's still tight.

That's not a discipline problem. Stretching alone doesn't hold. A custom 4-week plan for your one stuck area. $49, in your inbox within 72 hours.

Fill in a short form about how you move. Five minutes, most of it taps. I read it and write your plan by hand. It arrives as a PDF, with a video link for every drill.

Why it keeps coming back

Stretching lengthens a muscle for about as long as you're standing there doing it. Your nervous system gives you the range back, then takes it away again, because nothing you did gave it a reason to keep it.

Range you can't control, you lose.

That's the step almost nobody does: loading the new range. Release, then lengthen, then load, in that order. Skip the load and you're renewing the lease every morning instead of owning it.Your plan is built around that order. It's also why this takes four weeks and not four days.

Who it's for

One area is stuck: hip, shoulder, neck, ankle, lower back. You've been stretching it on and off for months with nothing to show for it. You train, or you're trying to.It isn't an injury. It's the one thing in your way, and you've never had an actual plan for it. Just a handful of stretches you half-remember from a video. Not for you if it's sharp pain, radiating pain, or post-injury. That's a physio's job, and if your intake says that's what this is, I'll refund you and say so.

How to start

01

PayThe intake form arrives the second you've paid.

02

Fill it inTwo to three minutes. Your area, pain versus tightness, and how much time you'll actually give it. You type one answer. The rest you tap.

03

Show me how you moveGuided movement tests you do at home, answered with a tap. Two minutes, no filming, no equipment. That's the assessment. It's what tells me where you're actually restricted.

What you get

A PDF plan written from your assessment. Not a template with your name at the top.

One page from a real plan, with the client's name removed. Yours is built from your own assessment.

  • Your actual restriction, named. Most people are stretching a muscle that isn't the problem. Tight hamstrings are usually a hip that won't tilt. I tell you what's restricting you, and why the thing you've been stretching hasn't moved.

  • A daily routine under 12 minutes. Release, lengthen, load. Short enough that you'll still be doing it in week three.

  • Four weeks, progressed. Week 1 is not Week 4. Each week gets its own page, and the load goes up as the range opens.

  • A video link for every drill. You never have to work out what "90/90 with posterior tilt" means.

  • A retest. One measurable thing you check on Day 1 and Day 28, so at the end you know instead of guessing.

  • One free revision. If the plan doesn't fit your schedule, aggravates something, or needs equipment you don't have: reply inside 14 days and I rebuild it.

What it isn't

I'd rather you know now than be disappointed on day two.

  • Not full-body. One area, worked properly, for four weeks.

  • Not a training program. It runs alongside whatever you're already doing.

  • Not medical treatment. Sharp pain, radiating pain or anything post-injury needs a physio, and I'll say so instead of taking your money.

  • Not ongoing coaching. No check-ins, no WhatsApp. One plan, one revision, done.

72 hours. Not business days.

The clock starts the moment your form lands. Weekend, holiday, whenever.Miss it and the plan is free. You keep it, I return your money, and you don't have to ask.
